Cohen Property Group was founded in 2017 by Morris Cohen with the goal of providing quality housing to the residents of Indianapolis. By focusing our efforts on finding quality locations in need of repositioning and leveraging our relationships to mobilize once a site is secured, we're able to streamline the development project to ensure strong returns for our investors.
About the Founder
Morris Cohen is the founder and managing partner at Cohen Property Group. In his 13+ years of experience in the real estate finance space, Morris has assisted his clients in obtaining over $700M in residential and commercial debt. As part of Cohen Property Group, Morris has been actively investing in the city of Indianapolis since 2016. His projects have included developing a small single family rental portfolio, fix and flips in both the residential and commercial space, and ground up construction. Morris graduated from New York University in 2009 with a BA in Economics and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and three children.
