A Ground Up Multi-Family Development
Cohen Property Group is currently developing a 60 unit multi-family property in Pike Township, Indianapolis.
A total of four buildings are under construction and projected to be complete and ready for occupancy by the end of 2024.
The development includes sixteen 3-bedroom apartments, thirty-six 2-bedroom apartments, and eight 1-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes with its own private outdoor space and private parking spot.
